These terms cover the public Teams by Scale Systems website. They do not replace a signed service agreement. An enquiry does not create a client relationship or commit either party to a purchase.

The service

Teams by Scale Systems describes a managed employee-led content and outreach service. Scope, participating profiles, approvals, fees, data protection responsibilities and any specific performance commitments must be agreed in a separate written agreement before work starts.

Demonstrations and estimates

Example people, profiles, posts, engagement figures and dashboards demonstrate the process. They are not client testimonials or evidence of achieved performance. Calculator outputs are scenarios based on editable assumptions, including the initial call-rate assumption. They are not forecasts, guaranteed bookings, financial advice or promises of revenue. Equivalent acquisition spend does not represent profit or guaranteed savings and does not deduct service fees. Actual results depend on factors including audience, offer, participation and sales conversion.

Company checks and approvals

Compliance checks shown on the website illustrate a workflow for applying company rules and flagging content for review. A check or tick is not regulatory approval, a legal opinion or certification that content meets every applicable law. Client-specific legal requirements, approval responsibilities and escalation procedures must be agreed for each engagement.

The service provides marketing support, not investment, financial, legal or regulatory advice. Before publishing content that constitutes a financial promotion or another regulated communication, the applicable approval route, required disclosures and authorised reviewers must be established. Automated checks do not replace those approvals.

Outreach and employee accounts

Each engagement must establish permission to use participating employee accounts, lawful data sources and processing grounds, any required marketing consent, clear sender identification, opt-out handling and applicable platform restrictions. Agreeing a campaign does not remove these requirements.

Using the site

You may use this site to evaluate the service and contact us. Do not interfere with its operation, introduce harmful code, access systems without authorisation or misuse other people’s personal information. Provide accurate business contact details and only information you are entitled to share.
